Hello, and welcome to The Circus, an Okage: Shadow King fansite!



For those of you that don't know about Okage, it is an RPG that was released at the same time of the PS2. Like many of the console's early games, Okage has become one of the forgotten, or overshadowed (pun intended) games, which is too bad since it such a good game.



The first thing you will notice about this game is that it is different from most other RPGs; Okage is filled with originality. From the quirky storyline, to the Nightmare Before Chrstmas style graphics, right down to the enemies you will encounter. Indeed, there is something to be enjoyed by everyone in this game.



The story starts off as you playing Ari, a young boy who is overshadowed. After his sister has a run-in with a ghost, she is cursed to only be able to speak in Pig-Latin. In order to cure this terrible curse, they release Evil King Stan from his bottle, and he cures Annie's "disease." But this turns her shadow pink! So Stan takes over Ari's shadow in an attempt to regain his power from the false Evil Kings, and to fix Annie's shadow, and take over the world along with it... this is where the fun begins.
